Retail and Wholesale Payment
All retail sales through our site are made by credit card only, please contact us using our contact form for other forms of payment (check, paypal, etc). All wholesale sales require authorization by email, use our contact form, and require registration as an authorized dealer. An itemized invoice is generated and you can pay by check or credit card.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales except for consumables have a conditional 30 day refund policy. Pumps, probes, and all kits or packages that include a peristaltic pump or EC/PH probe have a 15% restocking fee. All peristaltic pumps and EC/PH probes must be returned in like new condition. Seller has the right to reject refunds for peristaltic pumps and EC/PH probes, in this case buyer will be credited back minus the price of peristaltic pumps and/or EC/PH probes.
Limited Conditional Warranty
1 year limited warranty on controller, 90 day limited warranty on probes and pumps from date of purchase. Be sure to keep your receipt to verify date of purchase.

Robomatic Corporation makes no guarantees or warranties for damages caused by the misuse of any of our products. Robomatic Corporation is not liable for damages that may be caused, in any way, from the use of our products.
